Set 00: Initialization
- + First public rulebook for Evons.
- + Defined all 9 arrow ability types: Normal, Remove, Block, Firestorm, Growth, Magnetism, Resurrection, Shockwave, Swap.
- + Defined 6 elements and their associated abilities.
- + Established Turn Structure with two Ability Phases.
- + Defined Conflict resolution, Flip mechanics, and Reactivation/Chain rules.
- + Defined Cell Bonus system with 6 options.
- + Defined Out Zone placement and activation restrictions.
- + Covered card rules including Growth special case.
- + Deck construction: 60 cards, max 4 of each monster.
